Gift Guide: Spend or Save

Today's gift guide is a little different. I went in search of high end products and dupes for them. Let's get started!

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palatte-$54
This palatte is a cult favorite in the beauty world. You pretty much get any neutral color you can think of. The Naked palattes are super pigamented. It's definitely worth the splurge.

Maybelline The Nudes Palatte- $9.99
When I first spotted this in palatte in an ad in People magazine, I knew it was going to be a dupe for the Naked palatte. It's always sold out at my Ulta and for good reason. The colors aren't as shimmery as the Naked ones, but they're not matte either. If you are in the market for a good everyday palatte that will travel well (& fit in your makeup bag!), pick this up. You won't be disappointed!

TooFaced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick in Fucshia- $21
Wow, if you love a super pigamented lip product, well then is for you! I will say this transfers pretty easily, but the lasting power is amazing. They are super smooth and glide on nicely. Even tho use squeeze the packaging to get it out on to your lips, there's next to no mess.

NYX Cosmetics Round Case Lipstick in Shiva- $3.99
The second I swatched this color I knew it was an exact dupe for the TooFaced Melted in Fucshia. I couldn't believe how close the colors and formula is. The lasting power of the swatches was the same. This lipstick doesn't transfer as easy as the Melted, but it is just as glossy and beautiful.

Baked Blush
MAC Mineralize Blush in Petal Power-$27
This color is so beautiful. It's a coral pink with a gold shimmer. Which I like my blush or highlight (you can use it for both, I mean I do..) I know that MAC has been in the makeup game for-ev-er and they were one of the first ones to put a baked blush out there. I will be honest I don't know the real difference between baked blush and non-baked blush, but if you do, please let me know!

e.l.f. Studio Baked Bluse in Passion Pink- $3
This is by far one of my favorite products on 2014. I've used it as a blush, as a highlight, as an eyeshadow. It's so versatile. If you have ever thought about getting a baked blush, try this one. You won't be disappointed!
